Prices for the first five phones (except TECNO) come from MobilesHelp's guide, which checked PriceOye listings on November 4, 2026. The TECNO Spark 50 price is from TECNO Pakistan's own launch page. Another price site, ptakaro, listed the Galaxy A07 from Rs 36,449 on November 5, so expect small differences between shops.
Redmi 15C: best all-rounder
At Rs 44,995, the Redmi 15C combines the biggest screen in this list (6.9 inches, 120Hz) with a 6,000 mAh battery and the fastest charging here at 33W. If you watch a lot of videos and want a phone that refills quickly, it is the easiest pick.
Samsung Galaxy A07: cheapest smart pick
The Galaxy A07 is the cheapest phone here at Rs 36,495. It uses a Helio G99 chip, a 6.7-inch 90Hz screen, a 50MP camera and a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W charging. It is a 4G phone. Samsung's brand service network is a big plus for buyers outside big cities.
Oppo A6c and TECNO Spark 50: battery champions
Both carry 7,000 mAh batteries. The Oppo A6c (Rs 43,495) pairs it with a 6.75-inch 120Hz screen but charges at only 15W, so a full charge takes a long time. TECNO says the Spark 50 (Rs 43,999) is PTA approved, has a 120Hz display and comes with a 12+1 month warranty.
Realme Note 80 and Note 70
Both use the Unisoc T7250 chip with 6,300 mAh batteries and 15W charging on 6.74-inch 90Hz screens. The Note 80 (Rs 39,499) is cheaper than the older Note 70 (Rs 45,999) in the PriceOye snapshot, so there is little reason to choose the Note 70 at that price.
Which one should you buy?
| If you want | Buy |
|---|---|
| The best mix of screen, battery and charging | Redmi 15C |
| The lowest price and a big brand | Galaxy A07 |
| The biggest battery | Oppo A6c or TECNO Spark 50 |
| A cheaper Realme | Realme Note 80 |
A note on 5G
None of these is sold as a 5G phone in our sources, and 5G coverage in Pakistan is still limited. For most buyers under Rs 50,000, a good 4G phone with a big battery is the practical choice in 2026.
Before you pay: the PTA check every buyer should do
In Pakistan, a phone that is not PTA approved will stop working on local SIMs once it is blocked. Before you pay, dial *#06# to see the IMEI, then SMS each IMEI to 8484 or check it on the PTA DIRBS website. On a dual-SIM phone, check both IMEIs, because one slot can be compliant while the other is not (MobilesHelp). Ask for a sealed box, an official warranty card and a proper bill.
Official warranty vs non-PTA stock
Non-PTA phones are often much cheaper in markets and online, but you either use them on Wi-Fi only or pay PTA tax to register them, and the tax on expensive phones can be more than the price gap. For budget phones under Rs 50,000, an official-warranty PTA-approved unit is almost always the smarter buy.
Which specs matter in a budget phone?
Battery and charging
In this price range, battery size is where phones differ most. A 6,000 to 7,000 mAh battery will usually last a full day of heavy use. Check the charging speed too: a 7,000 mAh battery on a 15W charger can take hours to fill, while 33W to 80W charging cuts that a lot.
Screen
A 90Hz or 120Hz refresh rate makes scrolling smoother. Bigger screens are better for videos but harder to use with one hand. AMOLED panels show deeper blacks than LCD, though they are less common at this price.
Chip and memory
Budget chips handle calls, WhatsApp, YouTube and social apps well. If you play games or keep many apps open, pick more RAM and a stronger chip. Choose at least 128GB of storage if you take many photos, because storage fills up faster than people expect.
Camera
Megapixel numbers on budget phones can mislead. A 50MP or 108MP main camera does not guarantee good photos, especially at night. Look at sample photos in reviews before you decide based on the camera.
Software updates
Security updates keep banking and payment apps safe. Big brands usually publish their update policies; check them before you buy, especially if you plan to keep the phone for three years or more.
When is the best time to buy?
Prices on budget phones drop most often when a newer model launches and during big sale seasons. If a newer version of the phone you want is about to launch, it can pay to wait a few weeks. If you need a phone now, buy the best one in your budget today; budget models are replaced so often that there is always something new around the corner.
How we keep this page current
Phone prices, operator packages and government rules in Pakistan and India change more often than in most markets. Prices move with the rupee, new budgets change taxes, and operators rename or reprice packs without much notice. We date every page and list the exact sources we used, so you can see how fresh each number is. When something changes, we update the table and the "Updated" date at the top. If you spot a price or rule that has changed, check the official source linked below first, then let us know in the comments so we can fix it for other readers. Your feedback helps keep this guide accurate for everyone.
